Trust ID Hub

Trust ID Hub is an online digital services platform operated by JewelStack Technologies, an ICT solutions company based in Abacha Quarters, Gombe, Gombe State, Nigeria. We help individuals and small businesses complete everyday identity, business-registration and digital tasks without long queues or repeated trips.

What we do

We offer two kinds of services:

• Automated services delivered through authorised third-party providers, such as NIN and BVN slip services. These are switched on only when the provider integration is authorised and tested.
• Assisted services where our staff review your request and submit it through the legitimate official channel. These include eligible NIN and BVN record corrections and CAC business name and company registration.

How we work

We tell you the full price before you pay, we only collect the information a service needs, and we keep your documents private. For assisted services, the final decision belongs to the responsible authority (for example NIMC or the Corporate Affairs Commission). We will always explain the outcome and apply our published refund policy.

What we are not

Trust ID Hub is not NIMC, CAC, the CBN, NIBSS, a bank or any government agency, and is not affiliated with them. Your Trust ID Hub wallet is a prepaid balance for paying for our services; it is not a bank account.
