Acceptable Use Policy

You may use Trust ID Hub only for lawful purposes and in line with this policy. We may refuse requests, suspend accounts and report activity to the authorities when this policy is broken.

You must not

• Request information or changes about another person's identity record without their valid consent and your legal authority to act for them.
• Submit false, forged or altered documents, or information you know to be untrue.
• Use our services to commit identity fraud, impersonation, money laundering or any other crime.
• Attempt to change identity records in ways the responsible authority does not permit.
• Share your account, or use another person's account, payment or identity details.
• Attempt to access other users' data, probe or attack our systems, or bypass security controls.
• Use automated tools to scrape the site or submit requests in bulk without our written permission.
• Harass, threaten or abuse our staff.

We will never ask you for

• Bank PINs, internet banking passwords or card details.
• One-time passwords (OTPs) or verification codes sent to you by banks, NIMC or any other service.

If someone claiming to be Trust ID Hub asks for these, do not share them and report it to support@trustidhub.com.ng.
