Terms of Service

Version 2026-10. Please read these terms before using Trust ID Hub.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services of Trust ID Hub ("Trust ID Hub", "we", "us"), operated by JewelStack Technologies, a business registered in Nigeria (CAC Business Name Reg. No. BN9807281) and located at Abacha Quarters, Gombe, Gombe State, Nigeria. By creating an account you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.

1. Who we are and what we are not

Trust ID Hub is a private ICT and digital services company. We are not the National Identity Management Commission (NIMC), the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), the Central Bank of Nigeria, NIBSS, a bank, or any government agency, and we are not affiliated with any of them. Where a service involves an official record, the responsible authority makes the final decision.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, current information.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
  • You must verify your email address before funding your wallet or placing requests.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, provide false information or are used for fraud.

3. Wallet

  • Your Trust ID Hub wallet is a prepaid balance used only to pay for Trust ID Hub services. It is not a bank account, does not earn interest and is not a deposit with Trust ID Hub.
  • You fund your wallet by bank transfer to the virtual account assigned to you through our payment partner, BillStack. We credit your wallet only after the payment is confirmed with our payment partner.
  • A deposit fee of 1% of each deposit, maximum ₦100.00. applies and is deducted from the amount you send. The minimum deposit is ₦100.00; smaller transfers are held for review.
  • We never credit wallets based on screenshots, receipts or payment references sent by users.
  • If a transfer is credited to your wallet in error, we may correct it with a recorded adjustment.

4. Services and prices

  • Each service page shows its price, requirements and estimated processing time. Prices are all-inclusive: they include our service charge and any official fees.
  • The price is deducted from your wallet when you submit a request. The price you see at submission is the price you pay, even if it later changes.
  • Processing times are estimates. Delays caused by the responsible authority, providers or missing information are outside our control.
  • For assisted services we submit eligible requests through legitimate official channels. We cannot guarantee that an authority will approve a request.

5. Your responsibilities

  • You must only submit information about yourself, or about another person with their valid consent and your legal authority to act for them.
  • All information and documents you provide must be true and genuine. Submitting false or forged information may be a criminal offence and we will refuse or report it.
  • Reply promptly when we ask for more information. If you do not reply within the period stated on your request, it may be closed under the Refund Policy.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Approved refunds are credited to your Trust ID Hub wallet.

7. Security

Trust ID Hub will never ask for your bank PIN, internet banking password or any one-time password (OTP). Do not share these with anyone.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for decisions of authorities or third-party providers, or for losses caused by inaccurate information you provided.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will show the new version on this page and, for material changes, notify you by email or in your dashboard. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept them.
